John’s End of Year Message 2017

Well another year over, with 2017 coming to an end I hope you all achieved what you wanted to during the year.
 
We managed to set up a New Zealand salary management Operation which is good, plus we have the ability to run contractor’s and provide visa advice in UK, USA and Canada for 2018.
 
From a personal point of view my eldest son got married so I have gained a daughter in-law. I decided I would get back on a motorbike for the first time in 30 years and therefore had to pass the relevant tests to be able to ride on the beautiful roads of Australia. For those motorbike enthusiasts I bought a Ducati Scrambler which is great fun.
 
On a business note, my team performed at a top level again, giving our clients an exceptional service whilst handling issues and problem solving along the way, all a part of the usual pressures. As I have said before if I did not have a caring team working with me then my year would have been a lot harder. We attended and supported our usual charity groups, which is always a great thing to be part of.
 
Some of the subjects and topics I talked about in my e-book ‘The New World of Work’, came to fruition and of course block chain and bitcoin hit the world as I suggested they would. Look out next year for the banks actually having instant pay and for the fun part we had a great weekend on board a cruise ship with some of the team as a thank you for all their efforts…
 
Our end of year celebrations saw a lot of our clients attend our Christmas function and we had a great night quizzes and bingo lots of prizes lots of laughs had by all.
 
With regards to 2018 we will endeavour to provide high quality service and look to come up with new easier and innovated ways to assist our clients. We will do our best to make the immigration/visa process and changes, due to come in over the next six months, easy to understand and follow and add value to all our service where ever we can.
